An eight-year-old girl allegedly saw her playmate taken into the lavatory by the man. She ran to a »nearby house and, within a few minutes, three women ran to the lavatory and pounded on the door. When a man emerged they attacked him. JOIN IN CHASE. He ran away down Union Street, but other women, attracted by the commotion, joined in the attack and the man was punched until he was almost unconscious. He ran into a house and later left there in a taxi. His face was cut and bruised one eye was blackened, and he ’ was severely punished about the body A girl was later examined by a doctor, who found she had not been injured.
