The League Council’s tour committee discussed the financial question with the tourists’ manager. It is understood that they made suggestions acceptable to the latter. The shipping companies are not yet able to provide passages, and it may be necessary to split the party. All have been instructed to be in readiness to sail at 48 hours’ notice.
