SHOOTING GALLERY ACCIDENT. WANGANUI. September 6. Pleading not guilty to a charge of manslaughter, Walter Taylor by oc-rt
cupation of showman, and known as I Walter Clancy, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail of £166 being allowed. The charge arose from a fatal accident in a shooting gallery. The accused was not present ’ when the accident occurred. The charge alleged a failure on his part’ to take ■easonable precautions. •'
