N.Z. RESERVE BANK
DISCOUNT RATE REDUCED. WELLINGTON, September 5. The Reserve Bank announces that the minimum rate at which it is prepared to discount or rediscount bills will be reduced to three per cent., as from to-morrow, September 6.
