INANGAHUA CENTRE. At this week’s meeting of the Management Committee of the Inangahua Rugby League, advice was received from Wellington League that September 16th. would be the most *suitable date for the Inangahua-Wel-lington match to be played at Wellington. It was decided that the selectors to pick the team, and the Secretary, make tentative arrangements for the transport of the team subject to players being available. It was suggested that the team leave on September 15th. by car for Blenheim, and travel from there to Wellington by ’plane and return on the 17th. Taranaki League offered Inangahua a match at Stratford or New Plymouth, but it was decided not to accept the offer. The Secretary advised that he was negotiating for a visit from.a.Canter-

I bury sth. grade team to play in Reefton" on Sunday next, and an In- ■ angahua team had been selected. It i was decided to approve of the match. The following fixtures were drawn I up for this week-end —Senior (Flanni- ) gan Cup): Waratahs v. Grey Valley, 'at Reefton, 2.45 (C. McElwee); Wai- • uta v. Kiwis, at Waiuta, at 2.45 (F. Thorn). Lower grade fixtures were held over pending final arrangements for the visit of the Blackball and Canterbury teams. Mr. C. Hinton was appointed as gatekeeper. INANGAHUA MATCHES.
