MAGISTRATE'S COURT
SITTING AT GREYMOUTH. The following cases were dealt with by Mr Raymond Ferner, S.M., at yesterday’s sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Greymouth:— James Hugh Martin was fined 10s with costs for having no driver’s license. Neil Fraser was fined fl, with costs, for having no driver’s license, ordered to pay costs only for having no warrant of fitness, and £l, with costs, for operating an unlicensed motor vehicle. One statutory first offender for drunkenness, was fined 10s, the amount of his bail.
