MADE IN JAPAN
An earlier issue of the Magazine Page featured a statement by James Maxton, Chairman of the British Independent Labour Party, on the prevalence of disease in Japan. This statement apparently displeased an anonymous fascist rodent, who sent some official Japanese fascist propaganda to the “Argus" in reply and succeeded in getting it published. Some pro-fascists seem to be unable, or unwilling, to realise that the “Argus” is a Labour paper and not a fascist rag, hence their animosity towards this Page. ... Maxton is not likely to be unduly worried by the irubbish that appears in the Japan Year Book.
