ANGLO-FRENCH CO-OPERATION. LONDON, December 4. Sir C. Kingsley Wood returned to London, and issued a statement that he had a long and valuable talk vyith the French Air Minister, on subjects of mutual interest. He returned strengthened in the determination to see the British defences capable of exerting an influence more’ effectively towards peace.
