SAVES SHIP IN DISTRESS. BERLIN, December 4. A Lufthansa aeroplane, flying from Brazil to Germany, sighted a sailing ship in distress near Bathurst,. West Africa. She wirelessed ■■ the .mothership Ostmark, which rescued the crew of five, almost dead from thirst.
