RISE OF RATES ? RUGBY, December 1. There will be a discussion next Thursday between the Minister of Transport and the chairmen and general managers of four main railway companies about the proposals of the companies for repeal of the existing statutory regulations of charges for conveyance of merchandise traffic by railway. Meanwhile there will be an informal discussion between the general managers and officials at the Ministry.
