The Cairo correspondent of “The Times” recently stated that anticipations that the difficulties of the Prime Minister would not end with the General Elections had been abundantly verified, and there was a possibility that he might be driven to resign. . A crisis had arisen from a projected reshuffling of Cabinet, which contained only three Deputies in addition to six Senators. Six of the Ministers were outside of Parliament.
