Women (including Native women) twenty years of age or over whose income other than salary oi wages is in excess of £5O are also required to furnish similar declarations. Declaration forms and further information may be obtained from any Money-order Officq, together with details of the classes 'of persons who are exempt from the Registration Levy and the Employment Charge Persons who fail to furnish declarations as and when required, render themselves liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of £5O. A penalty equal to 10 per cent, of the amount of tax due will be incurred on any instalment not paid within one month of the due date.
