ARABS TO BOYCOTT COMMISSION. [Aust. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] JERUSALEM, April 29. A manifesto signed by the Arab Higher Committee calls for a general strike and a boycott of the British partition commission, which arrived on April 27. The utmost precautions are being taken, to protect the four Commissioners. ARAB CONDEMNED TO DEATH. JERUSALEM, April 28. An Arab gang leader, Mohamed Khalil Darwas, was sentenced to death, for the murder of a Jewish settler.
