RUSSIANS ON ICE FLOE
RESCUE DELAYED. TILL FLOE REACHES NAVIGABLE WATERS. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received February 11, 9 p.m.) LONDON, February 11. The Oslo correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says: The speed of the ice floe on which the Russians are Camped is now thirty miles daily. This has upset the plans to rescue Papanin and his party from the floe. It is now believed that they must remain on the floe until they reach navigable waters, where ships can approach the floe;
