Stopped by Police IN CANADIAN CITY? [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received February 11, 7 p.m.) MONTREAL, February 10. The police here have taken action under the “Padlock Law” to suppress a Communist Night School. There were eighty pupils. They were attending the Public Schools in the daytime. Textbooks extolling Marxism and bearing photos of Lenin and Stalin, were seized by the police. The pupils and teachers were excluded, and the halls were padlocked. No arrests were made,
