RAILWAY TRAGEDY
ENGINE DRIVER CHARGED WITH HOMICIDE. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] LONDON, February 9. David Anderson, the driver of the Edinburgh-Glasgow expresse, involved in the Castlecary crash on December 10. was arrested, and appeared privately before the Dumbartonshire Sheriff. He was released on bail. Anderson was charged with culpable homicide.
