Eastern Tasman Sea: East to northeasterly winds in the northern portion, and northerly to westerly winds in the southern; the force being moderate, but freshening somewhat. Seas moderate. Weather: Some isolated, misty ram is probable in the far northern and north-eastern • portions of the North Island; otherwise, weather fair, wArm and humid at first, but clouds are gradually increasing, and later more general rains are developing in the northern half of the North Island, and scattered falls also in the western and far. southern parts of the South Island. ■
