The Appellate Court unanimously dismissed the Unwin and Powell appeals against their conviction on libel charges arising out of thtf Social Credit legislation. The Courts also forbade them further recourse to the Courts. Undin was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment and Powell to six months’ and deportation.
