The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 26ft sin. The Gabriella sailed yesterday morning with coal and timber for Auckland. The Alexander sailed at noon yesterday with coal for Nelson. The Waimea sailed last evening with timber for Onehunga. The Rata is to sail early this morning with coal and posts for New Plymouth and Tarakohe. The Karu is due to-day from Miramar to load timber for Miramar and Wellington. The Karepo from Lyttelton with cargo for Greymouth; loads at Wellington to-day, and is due to-morrow to load for Wellington. She also has cargo from Melbourne for discharge. The Hokitika leaves Wellington tomorrow for Greymouth and Hokitika, with cargo. The Kaimiro leaves Auckland today with Greymouth and Hokitika cargo, and is due here on Saturday to load for Auckland and Portland.
