CALIFORNIAN FLOODS FOLLOW STORM. (Received December 13, 9.50 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO. December 13. The storms on the Pacific Coast have abated, after three deaths had occurred aiid a million dollars worth of damage had been done to property; but a fresh flood menace has now been caused by rivers being overburdened with three days of torrential rain. It is estimated that two thousand are homeless,
