(Received August 27, 9.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 26. Andrew Mellon (former U.S.A. Treasurer, and aluminimum monopoly magnate) whose death has occurred, had been suffering declining health during the past summer. Mr. Mellon’s death to-day was from bronchial pneumonia and uraemia. The wife of Count Cavadonga, son of ex-King Alfonso of Spam, is reI ported to be instituting divorce proceedings.
