Arrived, al 3.30 a.m., Karu, from Grevmouth. NEW PLYMOUTH, August 12. Arrived, at .3.10 p.m.. Titoki, from Greymouth. NOTES. The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 23ft 9in. The Kaimiro arrived early yesterday morning, from Wellington, and is loading coal and timber for Auckland and Portland. The Omana sailed early yesterday afternoon with timber for Melbourne and Adelaide. The Gael left Wellington at six o’clock on Wednesday evening with cargo for Greymouth, and is due this morning. She will sail at noon for Hokitika. The Titoki returns from New Plymouth to-morrow to load coal for Nelson and Picton. The Karu, from Wellington, is expected to load here on Monday, for Petone, Wellington, and Miramar. The Kaimai is due on Tuesday from Westport, to complete loading coal for Wellington and Miramar. The James Cook left Sydney last week, with cargo for New Zealand ports, and is due at Greymouth or. August 23, to load timber for Sydney.
