GENERAL CABLES
[Aust. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] LOS ANGELES, August 6. Orsatti (cabled July 15) has received an interlocutory decree from Lang. Mrs Runine (cabled July 13), in a cross-complaint, alleged that Rubini had been unfaithful on numerous occasions. She asked for a decree, and separate maintenance of five hundred dollars monthly. The Attorney-General, Mr Webb, has ruled that the Governor of California, under the law, must extradite Montague (cabled July 16). His exemplary conduct while in California cannot influence the Governor’s decision, Mr Webb added.
