WESTPORT, March 5. Sailed, at 11.10 a.m., Hokitika, for Greymouth. < NOTES The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 22ft lOin. The Kaimiro is to leave Wellington to-day for Greymouth, to load on Monday for return. The Poolta has been delayed nt Auckland by rain, and, i<j expected to leave there to-day wi'th cargo for Greymouth, via Portland and Wellington, and is due here about the end of next week 4o load for return. The Kartigi. is fo sail to-day for Wellington. The Alexander arrived yesterday morning from Wellington, and sailed last evening for Westport. to complete loading coal for ’Wanganui. The Karu sailed early yesterday morning for Wellington. She returns next week to load timber for Minimar. Wellington and Petone. The Rata leaves Wanganui to-day for Greymouth direct. She will load coal for Tarakohe and Nelson. The Kaimai sailed yesterday afternoon for Gisborne and Napier. The Hokitika, arrived last, evening from Wellington, with general cargo for Greymouth and Hokitika. She will proceed to Hokitika and will load timber for Wellington. The Waimea’s loading for Port Waikato has been cancelled.
