HERB VON RIBBENTROP. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn) LONDON, March 4. The “News-Chroni'cle’s” political correspondent says: The German Ambassador, Herr von Ribbentrop’s ' speech at Leipzig recently, has incensed the British Cabinet. It has made normal diplomatic exchanges with him practically impossible.
