NOTES The Harbour Board last evening reported that -the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 25ft 2in. The Waimea is due about Saturday to load timber for Port Waikato, i The Karu is completing loading timber for Petone and Miramar. She returns to load for Miramar, Petone, and Wellington. The Poolta leaves Auckland today with cargo via Portland, and is due about the middle of next week to load for return to Auckland. The Kartigi arrived early yesterday morning from Wellington, and. is loading for return to Wellington. The Kauri sailed early yesterday morning for Melbourne and Adelaide, via Bruce Bay. The Kaimai is loading for Gisborne and Napier. The Alexander was to leave Wellington yesterday with cargo for Westport and Greymouth, and is due tormorrow. The Kaimiro is to leave Wellington on Saturday for Greymouth, to load for return. The Hokiti’ka was to leave Wellington yesterday for Greymouth and Hokitika, with general cargo. She is due this evening at Greymouth, and at Hokitika will load timber for Wellington.
