(Received June 10 at 11.10 p.m.) LONDON, June 19- “ The Times” Rome corrospondent reports tm follows: Signor Alussopni’s surrender of the Foreign Office is regarded as being a wise move, since the new Foreign Alinister, once Italy has emerged from her state of isolation, will, presumably, represent Italy a.t Geneva, and at other international conference abroad, thereby giving an additional weight to the Italian participation. It. therefore, is deduced that Signor Alussolim is now convinced that the repeal of the Sanctions is imminent, and that he is making ready to give all the force that he can to Italy’s resumption of her place among the other nations. Count Ciano’s appointment as Foreign Alinister is also probably intended ns a symptom of the relaxed tension in Europe, though, of course, it will not deflect Italian foreign ploiey from any line whieh Signor Mussolini chooses to give it.
