Continuing a drive to round up a few remaining kidnappers st.lt at lar<-e Mr. Hoover announced the airesf of Harry Campbell, the reported associate of Karpis in the Bremer kidnapping; also of Wilham Mahan,, warned for kidnapping George We)crhaeuser. Campbell was arrested in Toledo, and Mahan in San Irancisco Mahan possessed some seven t l‘ ous ™“ dollars, some of which was identified as ransom money
