At the Alagistnote’s Court, on a charge of allowing sawmill refuse to flow into llokit'ka river on October 25 and on November 9, Ivtnieri-llo-kitika Sawmills, Ltd... were fined £lO and com’ JOs on each charge. The licensees of th e Pioneer and Club Hotels were each fined £1 with 10s costs for breaches, and similar penalties were imposed on four persons found allegedly on hotel premises.
