Nearing Finality (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, February 11. After the- Cabinet meeting to-day, Hon. M. J. Savage said that the Government plans are coming to finality. “But there is still some distance to go-,” he said. The Prime Minister also said that he was not in a position to give a definite indication when the House would assemble. Lobby gossip picks the early part of March.
