Fresh Atlantic Record BREMEN’S TIME BEATEN. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received June 12. at 7.5 p.m.), PAJMB June 12. The Frnecli liner “Normandie,” has wirelessed that she passed Bishop Rock *n the Scilly Isdes. two minutes before midnight. G.M.T., after having crossed the Atlantic from the Ambrose Lightship in four days, three hours and twenty-eight seconds. Her average speed was 30.31 knots an hour, thu-* beating the record of the German liner “Bremen,’’ as well as the “Normandie’s” own outward record. (Note. —On her previous run to America, the “Normandie’s’’ time for the crossing was four days eleven hours and thirty-five that the return trip wa>» eight hours. 34 minu tes quicker.)
