(Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, June 10. The weather report and forecast are as follows:- -
General situation: Another of the present series of deep westerly depressions is at present crossing the South Inland/, and till another is ito be expected before the series closes. Forecast: Winds bet wee i north-west and southvest, moderate to strong generally, and in places of gale force. Seas in New Zealand water.-,•: Moderate in the coastal waters on parts of the East Coast; elsewhere, rough to high. Eastern Tasman Sea: Strong west to southwest winds to gales’, and rough to high sons. Weather cold, squally and changeable; showers at times in most districts, and more especially the western and southern ones. Snow is probable on the ranges, and in the far south and also hail in places.
