Tn the cricket match Robins won the toss and sent the South Africans in on a rain-soaked wicket, which was increasing the difficulty under a sharp breeze. Robins then bowled extremely well, but Camerons and Dalton fought hard for runs. Cameron hit Owen Smith for two successive sixers. WIN FOR AFRICANS. LONDON, May 24. South Africa won the match with Hampshire by 110 runs. The South Africans, going out for runs, were speedily dismissed for their lowest score of the season, chiefly owing to the excellent performance of Herman, who took three wickets in one over at a cost of two runs.
