AVarner Baxter heads the strong cast which Jesse L. Lasky has brought together in the screen version of “Granl Canary,” coming to ithe Regent Theatre at this afternoon’s matinee and evening. Aladge Evans, Alarjorie Rambeau, Zita Johann, Roger Imhof and 11. B. AVarner are in the supporting cast. Zita Johann, who is reputed 'to be- the only actress .of Hungarian decent in motion pictures, 'has an important role !in support of AVarner Baxter.

Either Fat O ’Brien is very versatile or else he’s lucky in the screen roles he gets. For the second time in succession the rough and ready Irish star has a part with which he’s entirely familiar. Something vhich is quite unusual in Hollywood, where society debs play cook’s roles and vice versa. Pat is a trouble-shooter in “I’ve Got Your Number,” a AVarner Bros, film now at the Regent Theatre, in which he plays opposite Joan Bion dell.
