DEER STALKER DIES
SHOT BY BROTHER. DUNEDIN, April 25. William Kingsley AfclAirlanq. 28, farmer, of Clydevale, died in the Balclutha Hospital early this morning. Hd vas admitted, suffering from a gun* shot wound in 'the knee, received whil< deer stalking on the Blue Alountains. On Wednesday morning, the deceased went shooting with his broths, who saw a stag. The pair separated, and the latter brother fired, shooting the deceased in the knee. Dr. Radcliffe went out to discover the injured man was suffering severely from shock and loss of blood. He gradually sank in the hospital, and died. An inquest will be held.
