MORGAN CASE AGAIN.

The matrimonial affairs of the boxer, Ted Morgan, and his wife, formerly Norma Wilson, the athlete* were again aired in court, when an application was made, on the wife’s behalf, for orders for separation, and maintenance, on the grounds of her husband’s alleged wilful failure to provide maintenance.

The wife did not appear, her counsel explaining that lhe considered it unnecessary. There also- was the expense of bringing her from Gisborne.. Morgan declared that he was willing to provide a home for his wife at any time that she cared to come and live with 'him. He had not written to his wife since the recent divorce proceed ings, or asked her to return, because he had never put her out. He said his wages at present were £6 12s 10d per fortnight, while his living expenses were about £2 10s per month, in addition to bus fareSj amounting to about 18s per week. The case was adjourned sine die.
