MANNEQUIN PARADE Something novel in the way of entertainment will be offered the ladies of Greymouith and surrounding districts, when on Wednesday afternoon, October 31, 'in Se’haef’s Hall, a mannequin parade will be held. Mrs Arnold Perry, of Hokitika, who has had wide experience in such matters, will conduct the function, and the drapery firms of the town have been asked to co-operate in the display. A select programme of musical items has been arranged and a dainty afternoon tea will be served. The proceeds will be in aid of the Convent candidate (Miss Joan Walker) in the Popular Girl Contest.
