IN THE MATTER of ‘‘The Electric Power Boards Act, 1925,” and its Amendments. ■pUTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that upon the expiration of one month from the date of the publication of this notice the Petition praying that the boundaries of the Grey Electric .Power Board District be altered so as to include all that area lying within the County of Inangahua in the Ma-whera-iti aud Waitahu Survevy Districts bounded as follows: —Commencing at the northern corner of Sec tion 3170, Block 10, Mawhera-iti Survey District, thence running iu a northerely direction in the same line as the north-western boundary of the said Section 3170 across Rough River to the north-western boundary of Section 173, thence running in a northerly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 173, 188, 4 and 2 in Blocks 10 and 6, Mawhera-iti Survey District, to the north-western corner of the said Section 2, thence along the northern boundaries of the said Section 2 and Section 3 to the north-eastern corner of the said Section 3, thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundaries of Sections 3,5, 6,7, 8 and 9, to the southeastern corner of the said Section 9, thence in a north-easterly direction along the northern bpundary of Section 12 in Block 11, Mawhera-iti Survey District, to the western bank the Mawhera-iti River to its junction with the Blackwater River, thenc p easterly along the northern bank of the Blackwater river to its junction with Big River, thence easterly along the northern bank of Big River into the Waitahu Survey District to the eastern boundary of Block 9, Waitahu Survey District, thence directly south fo the northern boundary of the Grey Electric Power Board’s existing area, will he presented to the GovernorGeneral.
