WESTPORT BOUT. WESTPORT, August 21. In a he’ctic wrestling contest here to-night, Dean Detton won from Fred Meyer, the latter being disqualified in the 6th round. In the third round Meyer gained a submission fall. D’et-l-on equalised in the next round, after a series of rough and tumbles, in which Detton jumped I all over Meyer to secure a. fall with a body press. In the sixth, round, after a rough melee,, partly outside of the ropes. Meyer was disqualified 'for continued breaches. The bout was packed with thrills, with! a great deal of showmanship by both* men.
