Flood in Manchuria 60,000 HOMELESS. SHANGHAI, August 20. The Yalu River has broken its banks. Two huge reservoirs burst, submerging 80 per cent, of Antung. Six hundred are dead or missing, and sixty thousand homeless are now faced with famine, since the entire countryside is inundated. Twelve thousand houses are sub merged, and the streets of Antung are transformed into raging torrents. The damage is estimated at six million yen.
