IMPRISONED ON ISLAND. (Received August 20 at 7.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 19. An Atlanta message states that Al Capone, one of forty-three Federal prisoners, has been transferred from the penitentiary there to the new penitentiary of Alcatraz Island, San Francisco Bay, which is specially designed to house the nation’s most dangerous felons.
