REDUCED BY DISTRIBUTORS, LTD. TO MEET COMPETITION. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. August 20. A reduction •of 10s per ton in the price of flour was announced on Saturday. This was stated, to-day, by Mr R. J. Lyon, Director of Distributors. Ltd., to be the 'outcome of increased competition for the trade of the established mills. The prices had been lowered by Distributors,. Ltd., in an endeavour to retain that trade.
