SELF GOVERNMENT
Indian Demand NATIONALIST PARTY’S MOVEMENT. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received August 21 at 12.2 a.m.) CALCUTTA, August 20. The Indian Nationalist Party, which, is a rival to Mr Gandhi’s Swarajist Partv, has definitely launched its programme to-day. The Party is headed by Pandit Malaviya as President, with Sir P. C. Ray as Vice-President of the Party. The main plank of the platform is an agitation against the Communal Award and the White Paper on India issued in England some time ago.
