Forecast: Winds moderate to strong, south-westerlies to southerly. Seas in New Zealand waters rough north of Farewell Spit and south of East Cape; elsewhere nv derate. Eastern Tasma.i Sea: Moderate to strong, but decreasing, southerly winds; seas rough, but moderating. Weather mainly fair to tine on fhc West Coast of the South Island; elsewhere, still dull and unsettled. with scattered showers <“r misty rain, but improving gradually Cold temperatures.
