Visitors to Christchurch should beware if they want a Taxi. They should make sure it is a Gold Band Taxi (look for the Gold Band around the taxi) as otherwise, it will cost you more. The Gold Band Taxi Garage is opposite the Station (not the right of way). Lowest fare is 1/- for 5 passengers and luggage. Thank you! —2
