BY-ELECTION RESULT. (British Official Wireless). RUGBY, June 15. The by-election at Altrincham, caused by the elevation of Mr Atkinson to be a High Court Judge, resulted as follows: Sir Edward Rigg (Nat. Con.) 25,392; P. M. Oliver (Lib.) 15,892; J. 11. Hudson (Lab.) 8,333 AUSTRIAN LOAN. LONDON, June 15. Premier Dolfuss, who expects to reach Vienna on Sunday via Paris, by air, secured the ten million pounds I loan, authorised at Lausanne. The date of issue has yet to be fixed. The | übscribers are England, Prance and Italy. I France, whose share is the largest, delayed the loan because the French Socialists resented the treatment of Socialists in Austria.
