OTHERS PAYING PORTION. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received June 15 at 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 15. The London “Mail’s” Brussels correspondent says that the Govc«rvment has informal America that it will be unable to pay its debt instalment. Poland is also defaulting. Italy, Rumania and Czechoslovakia, arc making a partial payment Finland is paying in full.
