ON GERMAN GOODi> (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received June 11 at 10.10 p.m.) PARIS, June 9. Apparently retaliating because of the German transfer moratorium, the Government ha s tabled bills authorising customs sur taxes as a reprisal for foreign Governments’ measures infliction of injuries to French trade; also imposing a new tariff on goods whereupon the quota system has been rein oved. Franco-German trade at present shows a balance of £22,000,000.
