HEAT WAVE
OVER 100 DEATHS. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received Juno 11 at 8.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, .Tune 9. An unseasonable heat wave in the eastern and southern sections of the United States to-day resulted in almost one hundred deaths. The official temperature at New York was 96 F. The Philadelphia schools closed on account of the heat.
