FLOOD DANGER OVER. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) SYDNEY, June 8. The flood position on the North Coast is improving. The Nambucca River overflowed its banks and flooded the north coast road. Numbers of motorists between Sydney and Brisbane are held up. The rain has now ceasejl and the waters have receded. Rain has eeased in AVestern Australia. Flood waters have receded, but many roatls and bridges will be impassable until repaired. LOAN CONVERSION. MELBOURNE, June 8. Large conversions of Australian [loans in London are expected before September. In this expectation, no discussion on overseas indebtedness took place at the meeting of the Loan Council.
